HITBOT ECG-20 | Eletric gripper
The Hitbot Z-ECG-20 is a self-centering 3-finger electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require high precision, stability and repeatability when handling cylindrical parts and delicate components. Its automatic centering system provides consistent alignment and increased operational reliability.
The gripper features a recommended payload capacity of up to 1 kg, an approximate weight of 1 ,5 kg and a maximum adjustable stroke of 20 mm. Its gripping force is adjustable from 30 to 80 N, allowing safe and accurate handling of different types of parts.
With ±0.03 mm repeatability and a high-precision linear guide motion system, the Z-ECG-20 delivers excellent performance in machine tending, assembly, inspection and continuous industrial automation applications.
The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and I/O communication, as well as intelligent features such as object drop detection and precise control of gripping force, speed and position. Its compact design allows easy integration with robotic arms, cobots and automated cells.
