The SCHUNK MPZ‑45 offers a 5 mm stroke per jaw, a closing force of 310 N and an opening force of 350 N, making it the strongest model in the MPZ series. Its robust T‑slot guided base jaws ensure high load capacity, while the wedge‑hook mechanism generates synchronized, centric gripping with excellent repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm. With support for finger lengths up to 35 mm and operation up to 90 °C, the gripper is suited for demanding industrial environments.

The pneumatic drive connects via direct air feed or screw fittings for easy integration, and optional magnetic, inductive or FPS sensors enable position feedback across multiple gripping states.

Ideal for precise gripping of round or symmetric parts in assembly cells, testing stations, lab automation and compact pick‑and‑place applications.
