The igus ReBeL Gripper offers a 100 mm gripping range and 105 mm opening rate, enabling reliable handling of components in varying sizes using a single tool. Its lightweight motion‑plastics construction makes it perfectly suited for the ReBeL cobot family, reducing overall system weight while maintaining smooth and stable gripping performance. The parallel‑jaw design ensures consistent force distribution and secure part engagement during repetitive automation cycles.
The gripper connects directly via the ReBeL’s 4th‑axis ToolDIOs and is operated through simple DIO signals, allowing quick integration into training setups, small automation cells, and cost‑sensitive applications. Designed as an entry‑level yet capable solution, it provides flexible usability with significantly lower acquisition costs compared to conventional industrial grippers.
