The Q-botics palletizer is a compact, high-performance cobot designed for automated palletizing. It supports automatic lifting up to 2.5 m with 40kg and enables continuous 24/7 operation. The system handles various box types and loads with precise alignment, stable stacking, and reliable repeatability for consistent pallet quality.
With plug-and-play setup and simple parameter input, the palletizer is easy to commission without complex programming. Operators can select stacking patterns, switch recipes via memory function, and adapt to new products quickly. Its flexible design integrates into existing production lines and supports different grippers for diverse applications.

Flexible AWP Series for scaling
The AWP-40 is part of a modular palletizing platform with payload classes from 40 to 50 kg, based on a 6-axis cobot architecture with integrated vertical lifting column for extended stacking height. Different reach variants from 1,580 to 1,980 mm enable precise adaptation to cell layouts and pallet positions. The system uses a standardized controller with Ethernet/IP or Profinet interfaces, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines. Consistent kinematics, repeatability (±0.04 mm) and identical HMI/software architecture across the series simplify scaling, reduce commissioning time and enable quick capacity upgrades without reprogramming.
No-code palletizing setup
Operators can configure palletizing applications without any coding skills using an intuitive graphical recipe editor. Predefined templates simplify the setup of common stacking patterns, while adjustable parameters allow quick customization for different box sizes or pallet formats. This user-friendly approach significantly reduces commissioning time and enables fast changeovers during production.
